Ms. Zimmerman has a degree in Natural Resources Management from the University of Alaska. She has 15 years of experience in Alaska working in the field of environmental regulations and permitting and 9 years as senior environmental staff for a major environmental firm. She currently works as the Environmental Impact Analyst III for Central Region of Alaska DOT&PF and moonlights with us to provide support on southeast and northern region projects.  Teresa is a well recognized authority on NEPA for Alaska on transportation projects under BIA, FHWA and ADOT&PF.
