Elijah Donat- Principal Environmental Scientist
    Elijah has worked as an environmental consultant in Alaska for over ten years. He has a BA in Federal Indian Law and Environmental Science and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Humboldt State University. Elijah is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and teaches accredited online courses on environmental project management. Elijah has authored many EA’s, solid waste management plans, tribal environmental plans, EPA Tribal Environmental Agreements and technical documents such as habitat assessments, environmental site investigations, site characterization and closure plans, NALEMP documents, PCB management plans, RCRA and CERCLA documentation and Quality Assurance Project Plans. He is an experienced Principle Investigator and has managed environmental sampling efforts for contaminants in traditional foods, water, soil and groundwater. Elijah has extensive hazardous waste management experience and is familiar handling hazardous materials including PCB’s, radioactive waste, highly flammable, corrosives and marine hazards. He has worked with over 40 Alaska Tribes as a grant writer and been awarded over 16 million dollars for clients.


Jacklynn Ruggirello- Environmental Scientist / Biologist
    Ms. Ruggirello has worked as an environmental consultant in Alaska for over 6 years. She has a BS in Biology with emphasis in botany from Idaho State University. Jacklynn is a certified wetland delineator, AHERA certified asbestos inspector and experienced author of NEPA documents, coastal zone plans, NALEMP documents and biological studies. She has been contracted by ACOE Habitat Division for fieldwork support because of her expertise with plant identification. Jacklynn has conducted fieldwork throughout the state and is familiar with wetland ecosystems in Alaska. She has conducted many wetland delineations, phase 1 investigations and biological studies throughout the state. As an asbestos inspector she has investigated large mill sites, abandoned industrial buildings, residences and formerly used defense sites.


William Prisciandaro- Environmental Scientist / Biologist
    Will has worked as an environmental consultant and fish biologist in Alaska for 9 years. He has a BS in Marine Biology from Florida Institute of Technology, is a certified wetland delineator, GIS technician, fish biologist and experienced author. He has authored many wetland delineations, phase 1 investigations, biological studies, habitat assessments, site characterization and closure plans, NALEMP documents, PCB management plans, RCRA and CERCLA documentation and bird studies. Will has managed fish weir and fish wheel projects and has extensive southeast Alaska fieldwork experience. Mr. Prisciandaro has extensive hazardous waste management experience and is familiar handling hazardous materials including PCB’s, radioactive waste, highly flammable, corrosives and marine hazards.


Paul Rushmore- Archeologist
    Paul has 35 years of experience as an Archeologist with 16 years experience in southeast Alaska. Paul has a BA in Anthropology and an MS in Archeology from Texas A&M. Much of his work has focused on road projects in southeast Alaska such as archeological surveys for; the Gravina Island road project, Blue Lake hydro project and Lutak Road in Haines. Paul has an excellent understanding of cultural assemblages in the region, is qualified to manage cultural materials and has worked as a curator providing guidance for museums throughout Alaska. As author for cultural resource documents in southeast Mr. Rushmore has detailed knowledge of available literature and established relationships with SHPO and Native communities in the region.


Glenn Gray- Environmental Planner
    Glenn has 30 years of professional experience. He has a BS in Natural Resource Conservation and an MS in Regional Planning from University of British Columbia. He has worked for 6 years as a senior consultant has 10 years experience as a senior project analyst with the Alaska Coastal Management Program coordinating interagency reviews of major projects. His other state experience includes work for the Legislative Research Agency and ADFG. His federal experience includes land use work for the USDA Forest Service. As a consultant, Glenn has produced coastal management plans for the North Slope Borough, Northwest Arctic Borough, Kodiak Island Borough, Aleutians East Borough, and the Bering Straits, Bristol Bay, and Cenaliulriit coastal resource service areas. Glenn has revised the zoning and land use code for the Northwest Arctic Borough, and he has produced a report on potential benefits and costs associated with oil and gas development in the Aleutians East Borough. Glenn has extensive training and experience in conflict resolution. He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the American Planning Association and the Native Network of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution.


Darsie Culbeck-
    Darsie Culbeck has 19 years of experience managing field expeditions around the world. He graduated from Western Washington University in 1990 with a BS in Environmental Science and has 4 years of experience working on Environmental Policy. As co-founder and director of Alaska Mountain Guides International, Darsie organized the logistics for hundreds of expeditions including film projects for Discovery Channel, Travel Channel and the BBC. He also acted as the Government relations and permitting coordinator for AMGI. Darsie has also worked as a technician and policy analyst for the Turiallba,Watershed Project in Costa Rica and as a volunteer and with NGO’s in Guatemala and Africa.
