Chilkat Environmental conducts Phase I ESA’s in accordance with ASTM 1527-06 including subsurface investigations, utility and tank locating, PID sampling, soil sampling, radiological testing and other analyses as needed to accomplish all appropriate inquiry. Our staff has conducted Phase I assessments throughout Alaska and our experience extends into Phase II and Phase III activities including hazardous waste management and disposal.
