Mr. Lamoreaux received his PhD in anthropology with preceding degrees in animal behavior. He managed Tribal organizations in Alaska for 13 years including the Native American Fish and Wildlife Society, Cook Inlet Marine Mammal Council and the Native Village of Eklutna. Marc has been responsible for generating sustained program funding and managing Tribal environmental projects successfully. He is responsible for earning the first water right in the State of Alaska for a Tribe and has demonstrated capabilities in; long term water quality monitoring; managing up to 12 people on a contaminated site clean-up for the Department of Defense and writing grants for well-funded projects.
