Chilkat Environmental made 5 stockpiles from a single failed stockpile that had sunk into the ground beneath groundwater saturation.  The stockpile design features drainage systems to remove water from petroleum-contaminated soil, expedite remediation and contain offsite migration of contaminants. After six years of drying out the soil 75% of the soil accomplished remediation goals.
