Jacklynn is the owner of Chilkat Environmental with a degree in Biology with emphasis in botany from Idaho State.  She is an experienced wetland delineator qualified under the new Alaska supplement and has many years of experience authoring NEPA documents.  She has also worked as a consultant to author grants, develop solid waste management plans and manage NALEMP projects to clean-up formerly used defense sites. Jacklynn is currently certified as a AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector. She has conducted fieldwork throughout Alaska with most of her time in the Nome region and southeast Alaska.
