Hospital Creek Water Quality Atka

 

Fall of 2014 Chilkat Environmental prepared a workplan and conducted water sampling for Residual Range Organics, Diesel Range Organics, Gasoline Range Organics, Volatile Organic Compounds, Semi-Volatile Compounds, Polychlorinated biphenyls and metals.  Sampling was performed because the creek was implicated by former analytical data collected by the Army Corps of Engineers.  Data determined the creek is not impacted and thus community concern is resolved.  Project funded by Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program.  Client reference is Atka Tribal Administrator Oleana Nelson
