Elijah has a BA in Native American Studies and Environmental Studies and an MS in Environmental Engineering both from Humboldt State.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Prior to 6 years of providing environmental consulting services he served as the Water Quality and Aquatic Environment Monitoring Project Coordinator with the Native American Fish and Wildlife Society for 3 years. Elijah is well published as a NEPA author, has been awarded over 9 million dollars of grants for Alaska Tribes and has professional experience authoring QAPP’s, solid waste management plans, tribal environmental plans, biological and fisheries studies.
