Characterization identified failed UST and coordinated installation of groundwater interception system installed to continuously processes polluted water through oil-water-separator and granulated activated carbon filter.  Ongoing operation has proven successful and biannual sampling demonstrated effluent is satisfactory while over 75 gallons of fuel has been recovered so far.
